Fred shot the best round of golf of his life yesterday, even par at Torrey Pines North! And, it was in competition. Congratulations Fred!

A Day of Beauty.....Yesterday I took Kelly to my cosmetologist. She had her eyebrows waxed and tinted, and her eyelashes tinted. Cha-ching, $45. Then we went to the tanning salon. Cha-ching, $30 for two tans. Then we went to the nail salon. Cha-ching, $105 including tip for manicures, pedicures, massages and masks. It was worth it. We feel good. Sorry I don't have pics. Next time.

A cheaper version of Windows?

I have a new left foot. I had bunion surgery on May 23 at Kaiser. It's been 6 weeks, and I am able to wear shoes now and walk like a normal person. I love my new foot. I'm having the right one done in December. Many thanks to Dr. Daniel McDermott, a wonderful podiatric surgeon at Kaiser Permanente.

I got offered the senior discount at the fabric store yesterday. :-(
